This agreement governs your use of the bjji platform, including all casino games, cricket betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers. Please read every section carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing bjji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bjji ("bjji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bjji website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, cricket and sports betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and promotional programmes.

By accessing the bjji platform at bjji.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bjji platform.

bjji operates as an offshore gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bjji platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. bjji makes no representation regarding the legal status of online gambling in Bangladesh or any other territory. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

Binding Agreement

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and bjji. Using the platform in any capacity constitutes your full acceptance of all clauses contained herein.

Offshore Platform

bjji is an offshore gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of bjji complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction before registering or wagering.

Terms May Change

bjji may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication. Continued use of bjji after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Age Restriction & Eligibility

bjji is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration and use of any bjji service — including free-play modes, bonus claims, deposits, withdrawals, and live betting — is permitted only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. bjji does not offer any service to persons under the age of 18, regardless of local jurisdiction age thresholds.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an active bjji account:

You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.

You have not previously been self-excluded from bjji or had an account permanently closed for Terms violations.
You are acting in good faith for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial data extraction, exploitation, or any fraudulent purpose.
You are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal prohibition that restricts your ability to enter binding contracts.

Age Verification Policy

bjji may request identity and age verification documentation at any point during your account lifecycle — at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Winnings generated while verification is outstanding may be withheld pending successful identity confirmation.

Strict 18+ Enforcement

bjji employs multiple layers of age verification to ensure that no person under 18 years of age can access real-money gaming services on this platform.

If bjji has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.

Any deposit made by a player subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be returned to the originating payment method. Winnings generated during any period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one active bjji account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bjji employs automated duplicate-detection systems and manual review processes to identify multi-accounting behaviour. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bjji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering a bjji account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (used for OTP verification), and preferred payment method details. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

bjji implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. As part of this process, you may be asked to supply one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

Identity Documents

National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID confirming your legal name and date of birth.

Address Verification

Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your name and residential address.

Payment Method Proof

Screenshot or confirmation showing that the bKash, Nagad, bank account, or other payment method used is registered in your name.

Mobile Number Confirmation

OTP-based verification via your registered mobile number is required at registration and when logging in from new devices or locations.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjji account credentials — username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bjji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. One Account Per Person

A maximum of one bjji account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method. Multi-accounting results in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.

Accurate Information Required

All registration details must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Secure Your Credentials

Never share your bjji password or OTP codes with anyone, including individuals claiming to be bjji staff. bjji support agents will never ask for your password.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bjji operates a native Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet. All account balances are held, displayed, and transacted in BDT using the ৳ symbol. There are no foreign exchange conversions applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. This means that the ৳ amount you deposit is the exact ৳ amount credited to your bjji wallet.

bjji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary by player account region and verification status. bjji reserves the right to add or remove payment partners without advance notice.

Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only

bjji only processes withdrawals to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, family members' wallets, or unverified payment instruments are not permitted under any circumstances. Attempting to route a withdrawal to a third-party account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will trigger a compliance hold.

Native BDT Wallet

Your bjji balance is held entirely in Bangladeshi Taka. No conversion fees, no hidden FX charges. What you deposit in ৳ is exactly what appears in your wallet.

Instant bKash & Nagad

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bjji wallet in real time. The minimum bKash/Nagad deposit is ৳200 with no upper limit for verified accounts.

24-Hour Withdrawal Target

bjji targets 24-hour withdrawal processing for verified accounts. VIP Gold and Diamond members receive prioritised processing with faster turnaround times.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

bjji offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP Royal Purple tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

bjji bonuses are intended for recreational players who intend to use the platform for genuine entertainment purposes. bjji reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus — and associated winnings — where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intent, including but not limited to: abuse of wagering requirements, multi-accounting, use of bonus arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotions.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period stated for each specific promotion. Bonuses and associated pending winnings that expire unfulfilled are forfeited automatically.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are displayed in each bonus offer's specific terms.
bjji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before its termination will have their existing progress honoured under the original terms.
Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be exchanged for real-money equivalents unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
VIP Royal Purple tier cashback rewards are calculated on net losses within the stated period and credited to the account as bonus funds subject to a 1x wagering requirement unless the specific VIP tier terms state otherwise.

VIP Royal Purple Bonus Tiers

The bjji VIP programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — each with progressively higher cashback rates, lower wagering requirements on VIP cashback, and dedicated account management at Gold and Diamond level.

VIP tier status is reviewed monthly based on deposit volume and wagering activity. Tier upgrades take effect at the start of the following calendar month. Downgrades follow the same monthly review cycle.

Seasonal bonus events aligned with Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi calendar moments are exclusively available to active bjji VIP members at Silver tier and above.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a bjji account holder, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every registered user without exception. Violation of any of the following conditions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

bjji's compliance and risk management team monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected — whether via automated flagging or manual review — bjji reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all pending and historical bonus-funded winnings, withhold the balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, bjji will report the matter to relevant financial intelligence units and law enforcement bodies.

No Bots or Automation

Using automated scripts, betting bots, or data extraction tools on the bjji platform is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate permanent account closure.

No VPN Circumvention

Using VPNs or proxies to bypass bjji's access controls is a Terms violation. Accounts found to be consistently using IP-masking services are subject to suspension.

No Account Sharing

Each bjji account is strictly personal. Sharing login credentials with family members or third parties — for any reason — is prohibited and voids account protections.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

bjji may suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without advance notice if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Suspension places a temporary freeze on all account activity — deposits, withdrawals, wagering, and bonus claims — while an investigation is conducted. Permanent closure is the final outcome following a confirmed material breach, confirmed fraud, or a player-initiated self-exclusion request.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bjji support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bjji will process any outstanding verified withdrawals within the standard processing timeframe before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Accounts closed for fraud or Terms violations forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, subject to bjji's right to withhold disputed amounts pending investigation outcomes.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be placed into dormant status. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 once the balance falls below ৳1,000, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Players who close their accounts voluntarily — rather than for a Terms violation — are eligible to re-register after a 30-day cooling-off period, unless a self-exclusion request was the reason for closure, in which case self-exclusion terms apply.
bjji will retain account records — including KYC documents, transaction history, and communication logs — for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bjji account at any time by contacting our support team. The process is straightforward — outstanding real-money balances are returned to your verified payment method before the account is closed.

If you are closing your account because you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, bjji encourages you to consider a self-exclusion instead, which provides a structured cooling-off period and blocks re-registration during that time.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming Provisions

bjji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Time-Out (Cooling-Off Period): Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you cannot deposit, wager, or claim bonuses. The time-out period cannot be shortened once activated.
Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bjji for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is final for its stated duration and cannot be reversed early under any circumstances. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your current session duration and net win/loss position. Available at 15-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute intervals.
